Worst at 30 k, not at slow speeds or high speeds? Then you'd need highspeed damping, which only the most expensive bikes get from the factories. Pity they don't distinguish between compression and rebound damping on the shock. That's down to its price. Very good video, thanks, obrigado! I've just tested the MT! Amazing!.Specially the engine. Suspension with stock settings its kind of rude at hig speed (>80 kmh), very stiff. Maybe as you say its because it needs some more kms (only 190km in ODO). I know your a offroad channel but, may you give us some advice on how to set the suspension for onroad?

It's a great looking bike, but we have to wait and see how it performs after ~50k kms, as it is chinese...

Not buying Chinese motorcycles

I will be buying an adventure bike soon, and was sure that the voge 300 Rally would be a good pic. But now i saw the mt 450 and struggle with the decision. I will be making 800km of travel and a lot of of road TET stuff so what would you suggest knowing both bikes? Thanks for your review 😊

This is a great video thank you for sharing, in case you are not using a hard object to lean against is it possible to also use a friend to hold the front of the wheel down while you turn the steering wheel in the opposite direct so that you can adjust?

Great video- I look forward to seeing how you find it going forwards. I have done a year on a Voge 300 Rally (enjoyed your review of that too!) and love it apart from the road speed (even with a 15t front sprocket). Would this CFMoto be a good next bike do you think? You have never see the cb 500 x with rally raid mod ? I thinking about making the same things with the mt 03 ( 660 cc same as 660 xtz ) and change the weals with 21-18 and make a custom front light with tod map You think is a good bike to start ? As a shorter rider and having looked extensively at the bigger ADV market, it is apparent that the majority of these bikes are for BIG guys including the T7. A lighter and entirely adequate, modern bike like this is welcome. Am hoping it's longevity is also adequate. Good to see your review and thank you.

I think another factor for me to consider this bike is the seat heigh of 820mm as standard when the bike is equipped with 21f/18r wheels. I am only 173cm tall.

I love the Duke 390. But the Adventure? As you say - more onroad-oriented. Still popular over here, a crowning achievement of KTM's marketing. Not the bike is imperfect, but you ;-) I prefer both Honda CRF 300s and would rather opt for a CF Moto 450 MT. All the best, Günter/Nürnberg

Love your video and comments, Thanks for your information, I have just bought a 2024 800MT Explore, and I understand it is a bike that sells for less than $6,000.00 AUD for a bike that has similar specs. so you also don't have the best suspension etc compared to a more expensive bike but you have to accept that there will always be a compromise of some degree. I would have never considered buying a Chinese bike but I have been watching all the reviews of this bike and brand for over 3 years now. It is great to hear so many owners are happy with the bike and its reliability. I should add this is my first adventure bike after owning a lot of BMW RT and K1600 bikes over the years .This sort of honest information helps me understand more about the bike.

unfortunatly this voge has a major vibration problem starting 7500 rpm...so it's not suitable to drive more than 100 for a long time...which is sad for an adventure bike, a part of this it s not bad for the money

Because i weight 100kg and sometimes i want to take my wife with me 70kg). Is that too much? Maybe you have the exact weight for me, because I can't find any info in the web...

I know it gets into a grey area but I think riding on-road to get to off-road is more of a definition of a dual sport. Adventure I think of a road bike that has been modifiied to do some off-road when needed. 390 Adventure is a 390 Duke with a winshield, adjustable suspension, skid plate, and a 19" front tire. 390 Duke is a really fun street bike. Short wheel base, light, quick, and super agile. People have gone overboard knocking the 390 Adv for its's cons instead of promoting it's pros. And KTM is guilty of letting this happen. The 390 ADV has excellent handling, excellent braking, can stop and turn on a dime, weave in and out of anything, just fun as hell to ride. It really hasn't been pumped up enough for all of the good things is does. And the next model year is supposed to be an "upgrade" to look like the CFMoto 450 Ibex. Its going to lose a ton of the agility and fun factor it currently has. I legit think the 390 Adv is going to be one of those bikes in 20 years people are going to still be talking about how fun it was to ride and wondering why KTM stopped making them.

Ciao Seguo molto i tuoi video e li trovo molto interessanti e onesti. Abbiamo gli stessi gusti in fatto di moto.Adesso ho comprato anche io un 450 MT. Condivido ciò che dici sulle sospensioni. All' anteriore ho regolato allentando di 2 giri il precarico molla e ho regolato il ritorno con +3 click. Per il posteriore però non sono d'accordo. Ho allentato completamente il precarico molla e ho quasi completamente chiuso l'idraulica in ritorno lasciando solo 4 click da tutto chiuso. Chiaramente fai come vuoi ,il mio è solo un consiglio ,ma se dovessi provarlo fammi sapere come ti trovi.
